Cornerstone’s vision is to be a trusted advisor for select clients that value integrity, commitment, and quality as much as we do.  Our aim is to not only identify the right candidates, but act as an extension of our client in how we represent them to the prospective candidates.  This is accomplished by investing the time to understand our clients’ goals, culture, and how they attract their candidates.

When it comes to governing principles, we believe at Cornerstone that the “Golden Rule” that we were taught in youth still applies today.  Integrity, honesty and a sense of fairness should be at the core of all business interactions and never be in question.  Additionally, the process of matching clients and candidates should benefit all parties involved. That’s why we strive to facilitate “win-win” scenarios where both clients and candidates gain from coming together.

Clientele have been numerous on the local, state and national levels and feature several of the Fortune 500 companies, including many of the top oil & gas, chemical, and manufacturing companies in the world. Many different types of roles have been filled for these clients.  The common thread throughout is a relationship-based business model and commitment to the success of others, which is still practiced today.

Cornerstone believes in “giving back” by supporting causes that are important to its principals.  Currently, we fund Compassion International and the Wounded Warrior Project with charitable giving.  It is our intention to add other organizations to this list in future.
